Avant de poster quelques photos je veux remercier tous ceux qui m'ont envoyé des e-mails pour les devis et aussi à ceux qui m'ont déjà fait confiance et ont opté pour mes services :jap:

Débosselage :
Le réservoir sur cet Triumph Bonneville était fabriqué en Alu avec des dimensions de montage spécifiques. C'est une (Custom Made Thruxton Alloy Tank) copie de la Triumph Thruxton Cafe Racer.

Épais, l'aluminium était compliqué de débosseler initialement par poussée avec les barres de DSP.
La finition très satisfaisant après quelques heures de débosselage par collage et polilustrage final.

Voici une exemple d'un grande pliure bien accentué hyper complexe et avec un longueur de plus de 30cm.

Sur cet exemple je montre une photo d'un Mini Cooper D que je était en train de débosseler par collage vers le extérieure de la tôle.

Finition "9/10 ou 90%" Ça reste une réparation quasi invisible.
Tout là débosselage était effectué par Collage vers le extérieur de la tôle sans besoin de dégarnir le ciel de toit intérieur.

Il me faut un mec comme toi dans le sud, j'ai 1 bosse a enlever, parait que c'est simple a faire, suffit juste de trouver la personne de confiance ... :bizarre1:

une fois la semi-démontage de la passage de rue est fait je commence avec le méthode DSPC par collage sur la pliure et l'arête de l'aile

depuis de dégrossir la bosse je commence a aplanir les côtes de la bosse avec le pecker et le marteau

ici je insiste encore par collage sur la pliure et l'arête

maintenant je utilise les barres pour masser la tôle par poussée en effectuant des pressions par l'arrière du panneau

après terminé avec les barres je continue avec le DSPC sur quelques détailles

après je termine de aplanir la tôle sur certaines endroits

un polissage localisé est effectué pour faire briller la peinture et puis ce prête pour monter la passage de rue

inspection final avec le fameuse panneau LED fabriqué par moi même

les reflètes sont corrects et on voit légèrement 2-3 défauts très minimes en différents endroits mais le client était super content,.. c'est le principal
